DDSS, as a security and detective agency, has been in business since  1986.  We have always been, and will continue to be, fully licensed and   insured; and since we are security minded, you can have peace of mind knowing your assets will be in safe hands.

As a company, we carry full liability insurance and workman’s compensation insurance. Every employee must pass a background check.

Basic services include (but are not limited to):

Common Areas (kitchens, conference rooms, halls, etc.)

Carpet vacuuming (and cleaning as needed)

Floor cleaning (stripping and waxing as needed)

Restroom cleaning and disinfecting

General Dusting (including baseboards and sills)

Mirror and Glass cleaning

Office Furniture dusting

Upholstery vacuuming

Computer Screens cleaned

Ceiling Fans and Light Fixtures

Replenishing of restroom paper, towels, soap & supplies

Emptying of Trash receptacles

A checklist will be provided for you to fill out prior to each cleaning, to let us know if there is a special need on an irregular basis.

We can customize your cleaning needs to include many other services, not listed here, which you may require such as window cleaning, carpet stain removal, walls washed, etc.
